Environmental Assessment
Survey and assessment of the environmental receptors in order to identify potential impact of the OHL construction and operation (and elaborate respective mitigation measures) should be carried out in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Environmental Impact Permit (https://matsne.gov.ge/ka/document/view/20206) or when the project is financed by IFIs, such as IFC, EBRD or KFW, this process should be implemented in accordance with the following guidelines: androstan gaviaro
