Metering rules
Issues regarding electricity metering are regulated by the Network Rules established by the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission by resolution №10 dated 17.04.2014. In short Network Rules regulate:
- Duties and responsibilities of participants of the power sector regarding electricity metering;
- Rules regarding arrangement of electricity metering points, expression of the metering data, collection, transfer and formation of the metering data;
- Technical and operational requirements set for the metering devices;
- Requirements for certification, testing and inspection of the metering devices;
- Requirements for the arrangement and administration of the AMR System of the Upper level;
- The requirements for arrangement and administration of the AMR System;
