How to apply
Step 1:
Applicant customer for AS shall submit request for AS in following draft
written form:

Step 2: Customer and GSE sign and form standard Alpha Service Agreement (ASA)
Step 3: Business Trip Request by Customer
After the up-front payment by customer to GSE for the AS, customer should appeal to GSE in following draft written form: Downloadable file_ Business Trip Request by Customer
B. Steps for Sim Card Service
Step 1:
Applicant customer for SCS shall submit request for CCS in following draft
written form:
Downloadable file_Request for Sim card
Service
Step 2: Customer and GSE sign and form standard Sim Card Service Agreement (SCSA)
Step 3: Act of Delivery & Acceptance and service rendering initiation date.
After the forming of SCSA, GSE shall deliver and customer shall accept requested communication card. On fact of delivery and acceptance of a communication card(s) the parties shall mutually form an act of delivery and acceptance of standard form of such act by GSE. Provision of SCS starts/initiates from the date of mutual signing of the act of delivery and acceptance by the parties.
