Conditions for electricity transit
Beside all relevant agreements that are necessary to implement electricity transit, Transit Customer shall obtain the right for transit of electricity via auction that is organized by the Dispatch licensee according to the “Market Rules”.
For auction transit customer shall submit application together with all necessary agreements and also documentation defined by the „Market Rules” and demand the volume of capacity for transit.
There is no tariff set by the Regulatory Commission on electricity transmission and dispatch services for transit of electricity, but transit fee shall cover all expenses for technical provision of electricity transit.
Transmission system losses occurring during transit of electricity may be covered via supply additional electricity in the system for which it is necessary to conclude additional agreement.
