How to apply
In order to import electricity into Georgian electricity system and sell it to Market Participants:
- Person (Legal on Individual) must be registered as Importer by Market operator into Wholesale Electricity (Capacity) Market as a Qualified Enterprise (How to register as qualified enterprise?)
- Importer should conclude agreements on electricity import and direct agreement on electricity import;
- Above-mentioned contracts have to be submitted to GSE in order to register (How to register a contract?)
- Once the Contracts are registered, Importer is obliged to submit Application for Import prior 10 (ten) days before beginning electricity import through special application form.
