For energy exporters

Any person may export energy without any state permit or license, in compliance with the procedures under the applicable laws of Georgia (see the link: HOW TO APPLY and Conditions for electricity export). In addition, exporter is a person who sells electricity (capacity) at the point of delivery (for the definition of the term “point of delivery", please see the link for the Law of Georgia on Electricity and Water Supply) outside Georgia.

Power exporters are free to determine the price for exported electricity.
