How to apply
In order to acquire Dispatching and
Transmission Services, a Person (Legal or Individual) must be registered as a
Direct Customer by Market operator into Wholesale Electricity (Capacity) Market (How to register as direct
customer – please see the link:

Once Market
Operator registers Direct Consumer into Wholesale Electricity (Capacity)
Market, Direct Customer automatically becomes party to a standard agreements on
electricity dispatch service (SDA) and on electricity transmission service (STA)
that are set by the Regulatory Commission separately.
If Direct Consumer wishes to acquire Dispatching and Transmission Services based on the n non-standard basis directly from the Dispatch and Transmission licensees , the one may appeal to GSE correspondingly and conclude dispatch and transmission service agreement (NSTDA) with GSE.
