Transformer Installation at Badiauri Substation
The Transformer Maintenance Service of Georgian State Electrosystem has successfully dismantled the 110 kV voltage transformer existing at Gardabani substation, and moved and installed it to/at Badiauri-110 substation in the Kakheti region.
At present, the oil regeneration and transformer cell arrangement works are in progress, after which the transformer will become operational. As a result, the grid reliability in the Kakheti region will significantly increase and customers will be provided with continuous, high quality and steady power supply.
