Presentations will be held for GSE staff within the framework of the WAM program implementation
During the period of 5-22 August, introductory meetings are being held with GSE staff regarding the implementation of WAM (Work and Assets Management) program at the Head Office and regional networks of Georgian State Electrosystem.
The WAM program is implemented by the German company IPS, and the quality management is provided by the advisory company PWC.
The WAM program is introduced to provide correct, fast, operational, organizational and technical management of basic and supporting electrical equipment and devices. After the program has been implemented, a unified database of assets will be created. The program will facilitate the monitoring, management, improvement and simplification of the working process.The first phase of the project, which implied the implementation of the main program, has already been completed. In the following stages, the management of works and field services, and the introduction of additional functions will be implemented.
The program began on 11 January 2016, and it is planned to complete in 2018.
