Energy Community Representatives’ Visit to Georgian State Electrosystem
The draft Rules for Distribution of Transboundary Transmission Capacity have been reviewed at the Head Office of Georgian State Electrosystem. Representatives of the European Energy Community, Energy Institute Hrvoje Pozar consulting company and GSE attended the meeting.
The Rules for Distribution of Transboundary Transmission Capacity are part of the new regulations, according to which Georgia, as full member of the Energy Community, shall ensure that the legislation in the field of energy complies with European regulations.
The parties discussed at the meeting the issues of transboundary trade and operation. Georgia became member of the Energy Community in 2017.
