Meeting with Siemens Energy Representatives
A joint working meeting of Georgian State Electrosystem and Siemens Energy representatives was held at the head office of GSE attended by Giorgi Gigineishvili, GSE Director General, Kakhaber Keburia, First Deputy Director General, and Alexander Zolotukhin and Marco Brey from Siemens Energy.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss future projects, including the construction of the Black Sea submarine electric cable and the third 350MW HVDC unit in converter station Akhaltsikhe 500 SS.
With the direct participation of Siemens Georgian State Electrosystem has implemented important projects in compliance with the standards of European transmission system operators network and modern requirements imposed on the system.
