Ucha Uchaneishvili, Chairman of the Management Board of Georgian State Electrosystem, together with Zaza Dvalishvili, General Director of Electricity System Commercial Operator, participated in the radio program "Professionals" at radio station Commersant.
The conversation touched upon key moments of energy sector development, in particular, the topical and problematic issues of transmission network development, features of the country's energy balance and energy security challenges.
Ucha Uchaneishvili spoke about strengthening international cooperation in the field of energy and on the necessity of joining to the renewable energy network. He also focused on energy market reform, which will enable more investment in energy, an important factor for Georgia's energy sustainability.
