JSC Georgian State Electrosystem (GSE) is the sole Electricity Transmission System Operator. It also holds Electricity Market Operating License for the Balancing and Ancillary Services Market segment issued by the Georgian Regulatory Authority (Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission).
