JSC Georgian State Electrosystem’s activities are regulated by the Georgian Legislation especially the Georgian Law on Electricity and Natural Gas, Market Rules, Grid Code and other relevant normative acts issued based on the abovementioned legislation by the Regulatory Authority and Georgian Government.
